Our farmhouse

WANTED: experts on quality in the “3 A’s”

Agriculture, Architecture, and Art

Agriturismo Vinile was born during improvement works made on an old rural building which served mainly as a farmhouse for the cultivation of the vineyards across from it.

This considerate architecture project wanted to evolve the historical, rural matrix of the building while preserving its square layout and its majesty.

The result is both a building which fits the new needs of agricultural entrepreneurs and a place where to live, work, and rest at the same time.

Agriturismo Vinile was able to reach a comprehensive harmony by introducing works of art, elegant furniture, and other elements recalling the bond between memories and real things.

This ensemble strikes a chord and conveys a contemporary feeling while keeping the warmth of an old fireplace.

The mixture of agriculture, architecture and art gives birth to a comprehensive project focused on beauty, which we define as a higher quality of life experienced by those who visit our premises and the territory around them.

The head of Agriturismo Vinile

Enterprise, a passion for nature, and the art of wine-growing.

Emanuele Pavanetto, a renowned agronomist and winemaker from Treviso, Italy, works as a technical advisor and subject matter expert in integrated production within the wine-growing and fruit-growing industry. After establishing three wineries in the Treviso area, he saw the opportunity to transform and develop an old farmstead into a business thanks to his enterprising, forward-thinking attitude.

Società Agricola Il Melograno, a company established within the same building now hosting Agriturismo Vinile, is run by Emanuele, his wife Antonella and their three children Sophia, Romeo, and Greta. Despite the diversity of their professional and educational careers, their different perspectives all originate from common roots, thus enhancing the Vinile project.

This mixture of different perspectives and visions also adds to the eclectic nature of our facility: thanks to its suggestive locations and an outstanding culinary offer, the concept of agritourism is elevated to a higher level.

The building

Conviviality and harmony with the nature.

The building has a strict but essential style. Its large glass windows recall the holes traditionally drilled into the walls of barns and granaries. They let visitors have a glance of the farmhouse interiors and allow the integration between the building itself and the countryside.

All existing material resources were deemed suitable to undergo an improvement and enhancement process, inspired by a clear philosophy based on material reuse.

Weathering steel recalls old farming tools; natural larch wood recalls functional buildings within rural aggregates; finally, burgundy clay bricks and resin floors recall all sort of materials used for old wine cellars.

Our cuisine

An ode to the earth and its produce.

The cuisine at Agriturismo Vinile is a real research lab focused on finding the perfect balance among local culinary traditions, creativity, and genuine ingredients.

Agriturismo Vinile aims to convey the idea of territory in its substance, made out of “zero-km” local ingredients carefully dished out with the attention they deserve. Think of a lively crescendo of harmonious, balanced notes created by our chefs Marco Marangon and Daniele Dalla Riva and the dishes they personally conceive.

The delicate taste of our meat and fish dishes pairs well with seasonal herbs and spices to let tablemates enjoy an authentic sensory experience in connection with nature.

The Dining Hall

A place where conviviality meets rich flavours.

Sitting at one of the tables in the dining hall of Agriturismo Vinile means grasping its core philosophy and delving into a meaningful environment whose captivating details recall the rural characteristics permeating the building.

The menu offering and the selected fine wines guide tablemates on a culinary journey which combines a warm, family atmosphere with both contemporary and traditional elements.

Only by knowing how to elevate a dining room ambience and by understanding and meeting a guest’s needs with attentiveness and empathy can we offer an experience like this to our clients.

Moreover, our sommelier Anna Cucciol and her selected food and wine pairings will delight and blow away even the most discerning palates.
