Land conservation (to be intended as preserving the countryside which reunited generations of farmers) is the ultimate and most important goal of the Vinile project.
Preserving that same rural culture Veneto was born from is the reason why Emanuele embarked on a journey which led him to establish Agriturismo Vinile. Protecting the countryside means maintaining that peaceful, harmonious relationship between man and the environment.
Consequently, farmsteads have become the first link between the natural and artificial worlds where anyone can live well, eat well, have fun, and even dance.
Agriturismo Vinile stems from all this.
OUR VINEYARD
That romantic feeling stemming from grapevines and their fruits.
Our owner Emanuele has a romantic passion within his heart.
His 40-year-old love for wine-growing allows the whole staff of Agriturismo Vinile to serve genuine wines. Our wines symbolize Emanuele’s experiences and dreams, and his will to express and share them frankly to everyone over a glass of wine, just like a songwriter does with their songs.
The vineyards next to the farmhouse are exploited by Società Agricola Il Melograno, and Emanuele is the scrupulous winemaker tending to them.
The wine cellar of Agriturismo Vinile not only includes fine local wines, but also rare wines from all over the Veneto region.

The culinary offer of Agriturismo Vinile varies depending on the seasonality of crops and supplies from the farming companies we co-operate with. However, we always guarantee fresh, rich-flavoured products that encompass all the organoleptic properties gifted to us by the land we cultivate.
